My name is Tyson Taclay, born September 29, 1992. I grew up in LA and moved to Huntington Beach when I was 14 years old, a freshmen in high school. I saw Huntington Beach Ultimate Training Center when I was driving down Beach Blvd. I went in checked the place out and joined.Just after a few lessons, I knew I wanted to fight. I really wanted to compete, so I started training for muay thai with Sebastian "C-bass" Lopez and Rob McCullough. Rob told me if I wanted to be a well-rounded fighter, I should join wrestling, so I did my sophomore year at Edison High School. Soon after, I started training MMA with Jimmy Terrell.

I am currently training at Overcome in Elk Grove in Northern California. I do muay thai, boxing, wrestling and jiu-jitsu. I recently had my first amateur fight in Reno, NV on March 4th, 2011 and won in the 3rd round due to submission with a rear naked choke. My current record is 1-0.
